Carbon Dioxide or ‘Co2’ is used in the dispensing of Lagers, Soft Drinks and Cask Ales.
Supplying only the highest quality cellar gases, each cylinder will have a black sticker label on the outside of the valve guard/handle denoting CO2 and will have a red cap on the valve. The cylinder itself is black with a grey shoulder and ‘Albion Gas’ along the body. A CO2 valve is a male fitting and cannot be connected to a mixed gas regulator. In many cases, the working pressure sits around 45BAR, in some instances the regulator gauge will sit just above red.
Albion Gases supply Foodgrade Carbon Dioxide in both 6.35KG, 12.7KG, 20KG and 34KG Sized cylinders.
